Booking is now open!A message from Dr Carrie Churnside, on behalf of the Biennial Baroque Programme Committee:
I’m very pleased to announce that booking for the conference is now open. Click here to register! Conference dates are Thursday 15 to Saturday 17 July 2021. We have endeavoured to keep fees as low as possible, with standard registration costing £30 and a discounted rate of £25 for students/those who are retired. The two conference concerts are also included in the price (there is no need to book these separately). Thanks to the generosity of the Music and Letters Trust, we are also in a position to offer 30 fee waivers to students and early career researchers (within two years of graduation and without institutional support). Unlike our planned competitive fee-waiver scheme for last year, these will be available on a first-come, first-served basis by using the code BAROQUE21 when registering. The conference itself will consist of live Zoom discussion sessions around pre-recorded video presentations. The schedule for the live Zoom discussions can be found here. Links to the pre-recorded video presentations and to the Zoom discussions will be distributed to registered delegates on June 30th to allow two weeks of viewing before the discussion sessions start. We will continue to post updates here, or you can find us on Facebook and follow @RBCMusicology on Twitter to keep up to date with our plans. We look forward to 'seeing' you soon! |
